Intumescent Fireproofing material is a passive fire protection that is apply on building structural steel members to give the steel members a fire rating as required per code on many commercial buildings. Many projects H&Z Fireproofing sprayers have done with intumescent are for steel members that are going to be left exposed or need a thinner thickness. Insulation is mainly used for thermal barrier that stops heat/cold, sound or electricity from escaping or entering. All insulation work is done by approved test & manufacturers recommendation.
